This is for Color Challenge 56. I really had fun doing this challenge. I love the beach and I just had to go for Sherri's special request for a beach card and try to do a scene. I used a sponge to do the sand, ocean and sky. I used Craft White and Craft Tempting Turquoise on a paint brush to add white and deeper blue to the water. I screwed up the sand beach line so I used an artist pen and added sea oats to the back of the chair to cover my mess. I used the sun glasses and seas shell stamp to make backgrounds for the blue and green layers. This is one of my favorite color challenges ever. Thanks Sherri. These colors are really great for summer. Pink-Fish did this card for the trifold challenge a few weeks ago and I put it in my Favorites and it was my inspiration. I just loved her card. kittie747, I don't think you make no messups!! Seriously...this is awesome. The seagrass makes it look like it could be somebody's own private little beach...like mine! Thanks for liking my color combo so much!
