This card is for 2 challenges: Mix84 - doodling with non dominant hand & QFTD - this week we are honouring the fabulous Trish who has only recently stood down from running this challenge. Trish has worked tirelessly running the QFTD Challenges for quite some time and she also has a beautiful gallery. I chose this card of Trish's to CASE - Queen 185 - flower by TrishG at Splitcoaststampers
I particularly liked the top portion of Trish's card so have kept mine the same. I painted the white textured c/s using lime paint, adhered part of the lattice die, and then doodled, using my left hand, with a white gel pen. Luckily, IRL, my doodling doesn't stand out so much - I am not at all strong using my left hand, unlike my dear dad who could use both hands equally!
I coloured up my new gardenia die, using copics, and added stickles and a small pearl in each centre. Adhered to matted squares, the back square coloured using a pink copic pen. I raised the image panel, using dimensionals, as well as the sentiment.
Have a wonderful week in the spotlight, Trish - so well deserved!!
TFL!

Stunning card with your coral flowers and the bright lime pane, Suel. Love how you did that "doodled" panel...at first glance, I thought it was a pretty DP.

This is so pretty and nicely done!! It doesn't look like anything was done using your non dominant hand. I think you might be just as good as your dad. :>)

I love it, Sue! My favorite part of this is the beautiful pink embossed flowers and sparkly leaves. I also love the shape of the sentiment and the layout. Really well done.
Thanks so much for honouring me - hugs!
