I love fall colors and some are already starting to show (I think from lack of water). I cut out a dictionary page with MAPLE on it and adhered it to white CS so I could die cut and sponge color on it, then used a gold pen to define the veins. Dies: SB/Octagons, Deckle Rectangle, Valiant Honor. Leaf is IO and sentiment is SS.

Your leaf is beautiful!!! I love the gold veins against the rich colours in the leaf itself. And of course I love text on things . Thanks for adding such a beautiful leaf into our Autumn Leaves collection. (Too pretty to consider making a leaf pile, LOL).

I think I'm going to take a day off and spend it studying your gallery - I love how you use die cuts so creatively! Your sponged colors are perfect, and to add golf for the leaf veins really gives this card character. TFS!

Your leaf is magnificently done, Priscilla....and the whole card is beautiful with your soft shading and combination of colors, die cuts and that touch of metallic gold.
