This is a birthday card for my friend Nonni. Her blog is korttikarkuri and she is co-owner of the Time Out! challenge.
There's a linky party for Nonni HERE if you'd like to join in the fun.
One of Nonni's signature embellishments is a doily ... you will find them on many of her cards. So I wanted to include one the card I made for her special day.
The flower is heat embossed in white, colored using sponges and then fussy-cut and popped up on top of the leaf sprigs and doily.

I LOVE your white embossed flower so beautifully colored! Your doily as a background is really beautiful..and your vellum sentiment holder looks great used that way. I have that embossing powder and I love how it looks with this card...I am inspired to get mine out and use it!
