I greatly simplified these invites that a customer ordered for her future DIL's shower. She wanted kraft paper and sunflowers. I couldn't find a die, stamp or stickers that I wanted for the flowers, so I made up my own. I used the Secret Garden Framelit die to cut 2 flowers. I used my scissors to snip individual petals on the top flower and curled up the petals. I cut the center using the rosettes die and stamped with Itty Bitty bg to add the seeds. I layered this over another uncut flower offsetting the petals to show the layering. My card base is faux-spritzed with the same spatter stamp (didn't have a spritzer in this color). I also sponged the edges with Suede. I adhered the burlap ribbon over this. I added a gingham accent to my sunflowers and popped this over the ribbon.

This will be perfect for a country shower. Have you seen some of the gorgeous weddings held in old barns - so, so nice! I think your customer will be very pleased, Gail.
