I wanted to be a little original, so I created a pink wooden panel for the backdrop, then reached for Kinda Eclectic for the main panel. I spritzed the wooden panel as well as the main panel with chocolate chip for the vintage look. I love this little saying for a different way to say happy Birthday.

So Carpe Crustulam, right? (with thanks to Google translate!) Sounds like great advice to me! I love this card, with its pink hardwood and sunburst. The bow and bling set it off perfectly. Thanks for playing in this week's Color Challenge.

Your "twist" on wood paneling is GREAT, Kathy. It looks heavenly in pink and a really cute way to say "Happy Birthday" with that fun sentiment. Like the sun with rays and the dots surrounding it on this pretty card.
