For todays Colors: Pink Saffron Chocolate. I saw the tulip ef used in a different way on Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/443182419555032001/ and decided to give it a try. I really like the endless possibilities! Sponged flower petals, added a yellow brad, used dp for all but the white cs, sentiment is popped up. Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

It's amazing to see all the ways people are using this color challenge. I like how you've featured the chocolate and pink, with just a touch of saffron. The embossed strip looks so elegant and finishes the card off perfectly. TYFS!

Lovely CAS card, Roberta. I like how you used the EF...looks terrific and makes such a pretty border for your horizontal brown panel. Wonderful die cuts and layering for your floral focal point....and the yellow brad to punctuate it. : )

Roberta, you are so clever with the embossing! I would have never thought of that. It makes such a pretty trimming for your band going across, almost like lace peeking out! Beautiful use of the colors!!!

Thanks for sharing the link to that tutorial for the embossing. I am going to incorporate it into my next card! Your card is just beautiful, and I love the way you got in just a touch of saffron! Thanks for playing in this week's Color Challenge.
