Queen for the Day this week is Dina (Dini). What an awesome gallery. I had such a hard time choosing just one from so many beautiful creations so this is sort of a compilation of several..but mainly this one. MIX20 - monochrome inks by dini at Splitcoaststampers . I stamped on watercolour paper and use just my black ink to colour...well put shadows where I thought they should be. I have no idea where the DP came from ..just found it on my desk under a pile of tools. I am not sure what they call the style of the card either. It is sort of an easel with a latch on the top. I saw it on the internet a long time ago and thought it would work here. Congratulations Dina..enjoy your reign..your work is amazing.

Just the fact that you used something you found on your desk under piles of other things captures my spirit! I love this! I have a similar card pinned somewhere - a reverse easel or something like that? Beautiful watercoloring - black and white is so fun to work in, and so helpful to really see shading.

What a beautiful card! The black & white dp is perfect to highlight the hydrangeas without overpowering them. Your shading is magnificent too!
