I changed the masked shape, colors and the general tone of the card, but kept its lovely simplicity and clean style. After masking the oval I used distress inks and kept blending till I liked it. The rest is pretty self explanatory, I think.

What a classy card! I love the blues and greens of your sponging. The overlaying of those old fashioned roses worked really well especially framed with an oval like you did. Beautiful!

LOVING this CAS card, the colors really drew me in on top of that elegant stamped image, I've always loved that SU set, not one I own though. You've created one amazing homage to this stamper/cardmaker, you have such artistry!!! I am impressed!!!
