This card was made for several of the DTGD challenges this week. The scene was first lightly colored with Copics, not really worrying much about shading. Then I added chalk to the sky (sorry it looks so washed out in the photo, IRL it isn't. LOL) Next I sponged over much of the scene with sponge daubers to kind of mute and blend tones.
Thanks for the great challenges girls... and thanks for looking!

Wow Grace!! I love your old barn and that wheel on there is perfect. reminds me of a bunch of old tools and pulleys I have on my living room wall! Oh yes, my house is rustic on the inside (living room dining room anyway).
This is gorgeous and I love your colors!!!
Thanks so much, my friend, for playing in my challenge today!!

Very rustic and 'country' feeling - I like how you've tied together your image with your background and even your embellishment! Thanks so much for playing along with my DTGD challenge!

WOW, Grace! How gorgeous! I just love your barn scene, and the little wheel embellishment is the perfect accent for a rural feel! Your coloring of this scene is so beautiful!
