First I created the water bg by putting elastics on a brayer, criss-crossing them; roll the brayer over a felt embossing pad and then roll onto a glossy cardstock. Let the embossing ink dry. I then removed the elastics, cleaned the brayer, then inked brayer with dye ink and rolled over the glossy cardstock.
Next I mixed embossing paste with some Twinkling H2O's to get a color reminiscent of Koi fish - kind of goldish/orange. I placed the stencil on a water background and spread the paste. I really like how it came out.
Thanks for looking!
