To make this card, I stamped the seahorse by Whimsie Doodles from A Jillian Vance Design image onto X-Press It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink. I colroed the image with Copic markers and cut with detailed scissors.
Using a Nestabilities die, I cut an oval from light blue vellum. I stamps the sentiment with Versafine Onyx black and heat set. I cut a white oval frame with these oval dies as well.
I dry embossed a sheet of acetate with a wave embossing folder. I scribbled aqua Copic marker directly onto the acetate and created this seahorse scene.
The patterned paper is from Jillibean Soup.
White felt was cut with a Nestabilities die for the ric rac. Three clear buttons, one tied with Baker's Twine put the finishing touches on this card.
