My card is for the DTGD14UnderstandBlue's challenge.
I used mulberry paper for the snow bank and die cut it. The water is distress paint and the falling snow was made with a Winsor & Newton water colour product. It was dabbed on with a small water color brush.
I added a few birds eating in the snow. The moon is a punched circle cut in half.
