For Ilina's and Sylvia's challenges - hope to be back with another card for Sylvia's later in the week.
As a cook, how could I resist this cutie from Lili of the Valley! I stamped her on watercolour paper and coloured her with distress inks. I see I coloured a bit of ribbon that shouldn't be ribbon - I'll fix that with some white acrylic. I was too tired to figure it out and too lazy to go and look up some ideas in Google Images...till it was too late.
**Plan A is to fix the ribbon that shouldn't be ribbon, add a couple more pearls and try to show the Glossy Accents off better, with a fresh photo tomorrow*** I <3 how glossy the mixing bowl is as I look at it now.
The ticking makes me think of aprons, and the gingham is for a tablecloth, both to add to the baking vibes. Base is sponged and stamped with Canvas. I distressed the edges of the main panel and image panel, and sponged slightly. Image is matted on kraft stamped with Canvas, and I added a birthday greeting and some pearls to finish it off. I think I'll add two tiny pearls in between the bigger ones. Oh - and I added Glossy Accents to her mixing bowl ;-), and I'm pretty sure that despite the cake tin on the counter she's making chocolate chip cookies because I saw some chocolate chips in the mixture in the bowl.

Sabrina, this is adorable and fabulously done! I just love the combination of the stamped gingham and horizontal stripes! Adorable image and you colored it beautifully!
