Hi, everyone! I used Rainy's DTGD challenge to help me create this card. I used a brand new set from Our Daily Bread designs, called 'Anchor the Soul'. The image, anchors, and sentiment were stamped in Navy Blue, the 'Fishing Net Background' was stamped with Sahara Sand, and everything was sponged with Sahara Sand as well. The navy twill was repurposed.....it came tied around a stack of washcloths......score!! The little anchor was fussy cut, tied onto the ribbon with some linen thread. While I had the linen thread out, I decided to pierce an extra hole at each corner and do some hand-stitching. I will save this for my hubby's birthday in a couple of months....good thing he doesn't read my blog!
Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

This is such a beautiful design with so many wonderful elements like the piercing with the little stitching. What a gorgeous card. Thanks for playing along in my challenge.

Angie, this is absolutely FABULOUS! I love how you've used the fishnet background, the great layout, and the Anchor My Soul set! Don't you just love that little anchor? It's fabulous that you put it along the side (I was thinking about that myself - hehe!). And And your repurposed twill is wonderful with the fussy-cut anchor!! Thought about that too and decided a tag would do! LOL! And, always, I LOVE your piercing! Such a beautiful and wonderful masculine card, my sweet friend! (I still can't believe you aren't Dirty yet - IMHO!) Hugs!
