I have also been inspired by Sallie's (aka hobbydujour) watercolor cards recently. I know I have a long way to go to achieve the delicate look she is so good at creating, but I am happy with a first step! Thanks Sallie, for your inspiration.
This stamp set is a 2-step stamp set so I did use the stampamajig to line up the stamps and spritzed water on them before stamping. I've always loved this SU set, don't have it... Wow, you've done an outstanding job with coloring and watercoloring especially--lovely!!! I am just starting the coloring around an image (I'm woefully elementary in my coloring, but am determined to improve, and will with inspiration from talented artists like you!!! ), so I'm always looking at this element in cards--what you've done looks GREAT!!! Thanks for those tips, I will use them and will think of you and this beautiful card when I do...

I got this set when it was new in the SU catalog, and have never been able to part with it because I still like it! You've done a beautiful job on this card. Love the watercolor background!

This looks almost as splendid in the gallery as it did IRL, Maura! You make me want to pop over to ebay and buy this stamps set back! I am in LOVE with the colors you used and your abilities with watercolors. This stamp has so many color combination possibilities.
