As my SCS friends know, I am the full-time nurse at Blue Rock Christian Camp - our church supported camp - each summer. At least full-time for the last 5 years since I retired. We have a pond with pine trees, a dock & a couple of canoes & paddleboats for the campers' enjoyment. So, I chose this Our Daily Bread image for the teaparty. I used the colors of Tues CC by Vicki & Ally's SC on Wed.
BB is the A2 base with PP as the under panel. I punched that with the edge punch reminding me of waves, welllll sort of waves. I colored the image with WCW crayons & a paintbrush. I needed to add Calypso Coral (don't have), so using the SU marker Cameo Coral I made a faux layer around the image. There is some in the sun too.
This was a good year of camp. No injuries & everyone seemed to enjoy their time. We had a couple of baptisms too - right there in the pond!
So I am back & will get myself back into the card making mode!! I sure have missed it!
Thanks for stopping by.

Beautiful, tranquil lake scene. I love it and I like your waves on the panel. Very softly colored, makes me wish I was at the lake. Thank you for taking part in the challenge and it is good to have you back. TFS

I love that stamp, and it's perfect for the challenge and to go with your description of the setting of your own camp. I remember when the daughter of the couple who used to run the SU centre was baptised in the concrete swimming tank there: it was February, so anybody in the water had to wear a wetsuit, it was so cold. I'm glad you had an accident-free summer, that's a blessing.
