Jeanne's challenge for us today is a one or two layer card, this one has a watercolor panel popped up on a watercolor paper base. No stamps were used, the sentiment is done with a dip nib pen and ink. I brushed in the grass and splattered the flowers (roughly masking areas which I didn't want to receive the spatters). I lifted off some color in the sky area with a paper towel for cloud effect. When finished I added in some strokes with a black fine line pen in the grass area.

Color me impressed! I may have to attempt a watercolor scene (the description of your process makes it sound accessible). I'm SUPER impressed with your penmanship, especially - into my faves!
