Hi, everyone! What a great sketch this week...couldn't pass it up!! I am using an upcoming set by Our Daily Bread designs, called 'Anchor for the Soul' for this birthday card for a co-worker. The image was stamped in Stazon Jet Black, then colored with markers and sponges. I cut out a mask to cover the image while I sponged the background scene over pieces of scratch paper. For the #2 panel, I cut a piece of burlap ribbon in half, frayed the edges, then used the leftover strings to stretch across the image and tie in the button. Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

LOVE this! The burlap looks great with your focal panel and choosing to use some of the frayed burlap for the button and embellishing is a great detail.
