Die cut the balloons from polka dot, sparkly cs, and the congrats from bermuda bay cs (cutting and stacking 3 for more dimension). Stamped the welcome baby in slate, and then then added silver cording to the balloons and glued with mulit medium matte under the congrats die cut. Formed a bow with the cording and glued again with a dot of multi-mediumright above the g in congrats. This was the trickiest part because the cord wanted to curl, so in the future I think I will try something else. But that multi-medium is fabulous. One of the balloons is popped up for dimension.
