I've never tried using a word repeatedly for a background even though I have liked what I see when others do it, so I thought with this challenge it would be a good time to try it. I used the Celebrate from Shenanigans, but first I drew light pencil lines across the cs that I could line up with the lines on my acrylic block. It went pretty smoothly! Then I made a white background with rounded edges for a backdrop for my focal point. Bunny is colored in copics to give it depth, felt he needed some grounding, so added the mambo dsp strip. Balloons are punched and mounted with dimensional tape (as is the bunny). Added the sentiment and jewels colored with copic markers to mimic concord and calypso. Balloon strings are floss and I used multi medium to attach them. Linking to F4A231 (stamp repeatedly for a background), and WT489 (lots of dots: see balloons and mambo strip),

You were smart to make light pencil lines. I just took off, and hoped they would line up! DUH! What a cute card with the balloons and bunny over the word bg!
