Fun challenge cause I love dots! After stamping & coloring the cake, I fussy cut it because I knew the tall candles would end up very close to the top. On the top of the background, I white embossed the polka dot background..I think the white on white adds a nice texture without making it look too busy.
I added a die cut fancy border w/ a blue ombre strip behind the top that I just colored w/ Copics. The greeting was stamped in the opening & some sequins added for a little sparkle.

Julie this is so pretty... what a great job you did of fussy cutting the cake especially the candle.... also love your colour combo and all the pretty sequins with that bg... well done. oh yes, I mustn't for get the beautiful die cut... just lovely....
