So many cards in the challenge reminded me of Florida and my happy 2 weeks working in a Panama City hospital. My host family took me to Seaside ... I was blown away by the ice-cream colours and seeing sand dollars for the first time. What memories I have! That got me thinking about the sand I saved that day and have in a glass jar in the bathroom !!!! So here's a shaker card with some sand from the REAL Seaside .... happy sigh .....
I chalked the background blues and then used spray adhesive on the sand area and sprinkled the sand on before adding the rest of the sand.

What a lovely and serene scene you have created Sandie. And what a clever idea to save sand as a momento of a vacation. Cheap too This is the perfect card for a retirement.
