I have been wanting to try using coffee filters to make flowers, and trying "quilting" with tea bags, so I combined the two ideas and made a birthday card to play along with the "Patched" mix-ability challenge. I have been wanted to play along for a while, and finally decided to take the plunge!

Oooh this is an eyeful on so many levels! Love the stitching, that just pulls it all together, and the filter flower? Shut-the-front-door! I crown this a ringing success for your first time playing the mix-ability challenge. Thanks!!

What a wonderful birthday card and the coffee filter flowers are so pretty. What a great background, too. Glad you took the plunge.
