The theme for today's MIX challenge was to illustrate our life using patches, bits and pieces-old or new...I used an old gelli print and punched circles, then stamped flowers on those. I colored the flowers with pencils and highlighted with gel pens..then applied glossy accents. The "grass" is modeling paste (combined with green paint) applied to a strip of the same gelli print. The stencil I used for the top portion is actually the side of a TH ruler stencil. I thought it looked like grass. The bunny is also stamped on an old gelli print. The zig zag stems were sewn on my machine. This picture shows my life in the summer..I love having lots of flowers in pots on my patio but I'm constantly fighting with the bunnies...they're always munching on them! I've had good luck this year with a product called Dual Rabbit made by Liquid Fence...it not only smells bad to the rabbits but tastes bad to the tiny bunnies whose sense of smell isn't as acute as the adult ones. Keep your fingers crossed!

Oh my, Polly - I love the zigzag stitching leading to the little floral circles. So glad we don't have rabbits in the garden here, but yours is just so cute! Good luck with your deterrent.
I have been having trouble with grey squirrels eating all my bird seed, but I think I've found feeders that really do defeat them. I just have to save to buy more, LOL.

Aha!! I was wondering if the title runaway bunny meant that the bunny was running from the flowers because he/she was busted chewing on them. I should remember the name of the stuff you got. I had trouble earlier with them eating my flowers. They're cute, but naughty. I like all of your various flowers and that small little bunny too. :>)

Tots adorbs! Love....everything! The stitched stems, the dimensional flowers, the way you did the grass, the colors. Just a really clever and fab card, Pol!
We had bunnies when I lived in NY. But we also had a cat who loved baby bunnies, in the culinary sense. So few survived to adulthood. I hope your more humane solution works.

Wow! So cute, Polly. Love that blue background and your adorable, colorful flowers! The zigzag stitching is awesome! I have a squirrel who likes the flowers on my deck!
