For this week's MMTPT311 Farmer Black Had a Farm challenge. This is going to Faith's dad in the mail tomorrow. I didn't really have any suitable car stamps, but this set from Whippersnapper is one that I've used for several tea-parties in the past!
White base.
Kraft stamped with Hardwood in Walnut Stain.
What I did was stick the kraft to the base, and then decided I didn't want the white base so I sponged it with a dauber and black, and then drew little crosses to sort of look like barbed wire.
Image panel - stamped on watercolour paper, coloured with distress inks, masked it and sponged in the sky and foreground. Edges distressed, panel popped up on foam. Farmer Black, to save even more masking, was stamped separately and cut out.
I used the SAMJ and still the sentiment ended up crooked. Sigh...

Thank you for your terrific description, I learn so much from you Sabrina. Stamping on kraft looks incredible and the barbed wire border is genius. The farm scene is beyond cute. Can you tell I love it all LOL.
