Here are the color schemes that inspired me today: http://www.theperfectpalette.com/200...ets-green.html
and http://www.theperfectpalette.com/200...green-red.html
I hope I copied these correctly. I used mostly the first one (aqua and greens and white) but wanted to add a pop of color and I love red on top of chartreuse. These color inspiration websites are fun!!!
Another inspiration for this is Carolyn Dube, a mixed media/journal page artist. You can find her on You Tube. In her video, she made this background with her handprint and called it 'giving yourself a high five.' How fun and I had to try it. I was going to just use the first color scheme but decided that the handprints weren't obvious enough so added the red on top. I guess my hand is size A2! This is also for yesterday's MIX: use our fingers (or hand) to paint.
