I haven't used this set for eons so when it fell off my 'whirligig' thingy that I keep my unmounted stamps on I took it as a sign! LOL I guess my most favourite way to colour is Prisma pencils and OMS. It's so easy and fast and with little effort you can make your image looks like a million dollars!..all green and wrinkly! I used two Darice folders (the top ones) and my most favourite folder in the world..wait for it..Swiss Dots!! Yes!! Good guess!! LOL I also dug deep for the greeting too. Friends are so important. They keep you humble ..I mean..they know your a goof but they want to be seen in public with you anyway! Go figure..Gotta Love 'em!!

I have used this Magenta cling set in my gallery (some time ago), made 2 cards with it--isn't it a great set! You've made me want to pull it out again--what a great inspiration this card is!!!
Love the delicate colors, and that beautiful white embossing, so elegant!!! BEAUTIFUL card!!! I am very taken with the way you've shaded the background of the stamped image--wow, it's really so effective, thanks for sharing that. I'm not at all artistic in coloring/shading, so I learn from watching others who have more expertise than I do--thank you for teaching me!!! I look forward to checking out other cards in your gallery!!!

Another gorgeous card. Like how you showcased the image with all the white texture. The friends font finishes it so nicely. I agree with you about friends...the older we get the more we appreciate them. tfs

Love this, Carol!! I was thinking of texture for the panels and your combination is fabulous - great execution of your idea. Beautifully colored image for your focal point...thanks for the inspiration. I too am grateful for those who choose to be seen in public with me, despite my goofiness. Hugs from New Jersey.
