For today's color challenge: Old Olive, Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight. I found this dp and thought it used these colors to a T. I did desert too in that I made a tent topper fold instead of a regular A2 type card.
It's been a long time since I've been able to play along because I have either had DGD or have been away helping the kids move to a new mini farm they bought. So.... it was fun to get in to my craft room today!
I used this month's release from ODBD Pennant Alphabet Solid to create the word HUGS, and the ODBD Pennant Row Custom die. It has the straight cut as well as the scalloped cut for this cute banner. I stamped with Old Olive ink and matted with some of the coral dp. The Aster is also cut from various dp in the pack, and I embossed my circle with a Swiss dot folder, added some twine and bling and done.
Thanks ever so much for looking! Hugs to YOU!

Grace, this card is perfectly delightful. That soft print on the top and the woodgrain are so country feminine. And the hugs banner is perfect. This one has already been pinned, even before I commented. I think I feel a CASE coming on!

I love your tent topper card. Reminds me that I've never made one, and I must. It's such an effective treatment. You card is so pretty, love the banner and the flowers. Sweet! Thanks for playing in this week's color challenge!

Oh I just LOVE this card, Grace!!! But then I always love your creations!!! I first saw your absolutely breath-taking cards on ODBD, and have been a fan of yours ever since. I have quite a lot of ODBD stamps myself, I love them!!!
This card is just so neat!!! I love the patterned flowers on top of the wood-grained paper, and so much detail that all fits together to create such a neat, whimsical card. The flower in shades of pink as well as the banner and the dotted texture all really add so much interest, my eyes didn't know which treat to look at first!!!
So glad you had the time to create this card--clearly you are one wonderful Mom too, but that doesn't surprise me at all. One can feel your great heart in everything you create, Grace!!!
What a blessing you and your cards have been to me, I'm grateful for the opportunity to express my gratitude to you. You have made some of the most elegant cards using bible verses I've ever seen, and those of course mean the most to me. But I love this card too, we need different cards for different occasions. I can only imagine how thrilled are those in your circle of family and friends to receive your masterpieces!!! Thank you for all that you teach me every time I see one of your cards--how I appreciate that!!!
