Another fun way to use your embossing folders is to color the embossed areas.
I used my water-based dye ink, ZIG® Art & Graphic Twin markers no 53 ( green) and 202( pink) to color the embossed images.
The color of my base card has a gradient from dark pink to light pink.
I cut a piece of that same paper again and turned it in the opposite way, so I could stamp my sentiment also in pink on the lighter background.
The pink ribbon with the green dots also has a pink gradient.
A few pearls in the heart of the flowers and a few larger ones were used to finish it off...

Oh my goodness, is this ever beautiful! What a wonderful layout and such pretty embossed images - colored perfectly! Love the addition of the pearls, too!
