Distress inks used with sponges and sticky note masks to create this sunset scene. The birds are a favourite of mine. The water was created with the direct to paper technique.
For the tools central theme: Scor-bug & Scor-pal (used to create the little raised dots).

I LOVE the soft scene you've created, with the mountain in the distance and the sweet little birds in the foreground. And your water is AMAZING! Did you use textured paper? It really looks like ripples!

Cindy, your scenes are absolutely gorgeous! I love the dots you used to border your artwork. And you created the water direct to paper? Even after taking a whole class on that, I've never achieved anything that remotely looked like this! Outstanding work!
