I began by doing back grounds on watercolor paper and a tag with distress ink. Dried with my heat gun. I used tape to mask just 7 of the hexagons on my stencil. Used pearl embossing paste on one mask and repeated using the same mask to for 2 more stenciled with a dauber - hence repeated hex's. Dried again with heat gun. Stamped 2 arrows on the tag, and stenciled some stars on the large mat. Added the sentiment (TL 2014 sentiments). Took a lot of time because of all the drying involved, but so much fun and only stained one finger in the process!

Love that phenomenal background! What fabulous color choices! How clever to repeat a pattern using just part of a stencil! This is such a wonderful, eye catching card!

Those vivid colors are amazing and transition so well together. Love those repeated hexagons on the tag. Thanks for playing with this week's MIX75: I Love a Parade challenge!
