I LOVE balloons so this was a great challenge for me.
I paper pieced the car, punched the balloons and, working on a separate piece of white cs, die cut the holes on the border. I lined the back of the holes with strips of cs, and then attached this piece of cs to the main card front. I stamped the sentiment and then before attaching the balloons and car I attached the floss with mulit medium matte ( a great adhesive for this) to the balloons and underneath where the car would go. Then I attached the car and balloons, using dimensional tape on the car and 2 of the balloons, so that it looks 3-D. Added a little knot to the car where the balloons are "tied on". Multi-medium is what I use for my twine too - totally agree it's the best! LOVE the whimsical theme of this card, but especially those dots... gotta remember that! Thanks for flying high with me this week!
