I have been seeing a lot of boxed note cards here on SCS and on the net. These particular cards are made from folded index cards (I liked the 'office' look) and of course 'Rocky' flowers punched from some red vellum I had hanging around. The flowers were punched from the vellum, embossed with Swiss Dots folder and spritzed with water. (Half the fun is watching them fold up and flatten out) LOL The back is sponged with a little black ink and a sharpie makes the dots on the front of the flower. A couple of pieces of washi tape and a small greeting finished it off. I also made a 3 x 3 envy from some unknown DP. The same decorations go on the pizza box container.
These notes are also in this FOSTV131 challenge http://mfpspeedytv.ning.com/page/fri...-of-note-cards

Beautiful cards! The envelope is sooooooo pretty, too. I made some vellum flowers yesterday and they went into the garbage. Ha Yours are much too pretty for that.

What? Rocky is now a rock star too?
You two make the perfect card making team. LOL
Love this note set.
Make sure he signs them on the back with
his paw print - next to your signature.
You'll make millions!

So Rocky is your cat???? I love how you made these vellum flowers. I will have to give this technique a try! Yours ROCK! I love this notecard set. Next time I make a boxed set I think I will make them smaller and all alike. Maybe it won't take me two months to get them done! Love your leaves and how you did the centers of the flowers. Very cool!
