The Inspiration Challenge is so interesting this week - it is a men's style blog called TSB Men's Fashion Blog. The styles are sooo cool - but rarely seen in my part of rural Alabama (LOL). I fell in love the pictures in the TSB Street Style - 1920's Edition - here is the link:
I particularly love picture #2 - the Gangster and the Marshall.
This card also fits the latest Fan Club Challenge - Tool time - tools used:
Glue Gun
Big Shot and Sizzix Tag Die
Sissors
Fiskars Paper Trimmer
SU! Oval Punch
Sponge - for Distressing
Ruler for measuring to cut my triangle
My favorite tool is my Big Shot - I use it all the time! I love how easy and reliable it is (and I have put it through a lot of abuse), and it looks so stylish in my checkered b/w medical style bag from SU!. While my Big Shot is my favorite tool, the one I use the most is my paper trimmer/cutter from Fiskars. Most the markings are faded and it has many paint splats, ink blotches, and general nicks and cuts. It is like an old beloved Bible - the wear and tear makes extra special.
Hugz!

Nancy, your mind is always working on overtime. What a cool site and some fun styles. You also used some wonderful tools in making this card. I'm happy to see you workin' the tool time challenge. Guess you raided hubby's tool chest.

Oh, Nancy, what a fabulous card! It's one of the coolest "guy" cards I've seen! And I love your favorite tools, a die-cut machine!! Perfect for this month's DD theme! Yes, and I love your analogy to a beloved Bible! Hugs, sweet friend!

Nancy, this is perfect in every way for a man! Love the cardboard, your use of hardware, and especially the sentiment you printed to go with it! This is so like you to come up with such a cool idea like this - it SO ROCKS! Glad I caught you - good to hear your voice!
