For today's F4A: What makes you think of Summer.
For the June Fan Club: Tools I used another favorite-blender pens. Since I don't own copics, it's a must to have these to water color with. Couldn't do without them!
For this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.
I water colored the image, added ribbon & button, popped it all up. Punched 3 little banners using colors in the image, cut out a scalloped strip of dp across the top, added some black matting, sponged the wavy dp in Pool. This will be a birthday card for my DGS, and I will add the sentiment later. Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

Oh my gosh, so many of the cards are taking me back to my childhood days (and those were long ago . . . LOL). My aunt bought us a blowup swimming pool at the beginning of summer and we would play in it all day (I live in Florida and we didn't have AC's until I was older, closer to 9 or 10). We lived in those pools during the summer months. Your card is so adorable, I just love it!

Oh, Roberta, this is darling! I remember the blow-up pools too and how we'd jump in and out of it and use the garden hose to spray each other. What fun! Sweet image with great texture and darling papers! Wow, I'm amazed you use blender pen on this! Great coloring! I'd be lost without my Copics - so spoiled! But you sure do well with that blender pen! Thanks for the sweet memory! Hugs!
