For Lydia's Round and Round MixAbility challenge.
This is SO not my type of mixed media, I'm not a free spontaneous type. But I tried .
I painted my circles with my finger and watercolour crayons, with a stamp from Pick a Petal for the black outlines afterwards. It made me think of frogspawn so I stamped a frog but he sort of got lost in the background. So I stamped the Unity birdie on the circles and on another scrap of kraft, and coloured it with more watercolour crayons, matching the cherries to my two big dots.
The Gorgeous Grunge was a late addition because I discovered I stuck my circle panel to the wrong side of my base card, which had a slight mark on it. And because the panel was on kraft paper rather than card, there was no way I was ever going to get it off again.
What I learned today - my wonderful infallible Signo gel pen didn't work on my circles. Maybe I didn't let them dry long enough , as it still worked perfectly on the uncoloured kraft.

Love these cool colors, Sabrina. Well, I just happen to like birds better than frogs, anyway, so I think birdie is a wonderful addition.

Oh Sabrina, you always give your own creative and pretty spin to the challenges. This turned out great. I love the little cherries. I think you should have included it in the challenge to use sand since the torn bottom part looks like abstract sand. The colors are so bold and bright. Fantastic card.

I know what you mean about not being my type of mixed media..me, too..but I had fun trying it. I like the blue surrounding all your circles and your little birdie looks right at home here. You did good ;)

Sabrina, your background is fabulous. I love the finger painting and the splatters. I also used the Pick a Petal set. I cleaned out my stamps recently to get rid of some, but kept the two sets I used today, thinking they would come in handy with mixed media projects.

But I love how this turned out! The torn edge on the bottom is a wonderful detail. Great colors. Lovely card!
