This card is 4 1/2" x 3 5/8" when closed and 11" long when opened. For the front of the card I cut a frame and layered it with a vellum lattice die cut. I also added a bunch of elements, starting with lace and a border. Then on the side I attached some white carnations, a vellum butterfly, strips of burlap, a flourish, a dress form, tulle ribbon and a bow. All the shapes are die cuts, except for the butterfly which is actually a punch.
For the inside of the card, I layered one side with burlap ribbon and added the heat embossed sentiment, embellished with an Eiffel Towel die cut and another vellum butterfly. For the other side I created a pocket and fancy tag.
Last but not least, the folding screen's little legs were made using a label die, and that gave the design a nice touch. All the textures and shapes used give this card a lot of interest. During the process of making it, I realized it was going to end up being a wedding or anniversary card. It's an actual challenge to make a white on white card that does not look like one of those (something I'd like to achieve).
