Congratulations to Dockside aka Ann on being chosen Queen. Well deserved. Your gallery is wonderful and I have save WAY too many cards that I LOVED, but I picked this one to case.
I picked this particular lovely because of all the texture, color and checks, but since I couldn't copy it if I tried, I changed it to a more feminine card and made it my own. I do have to say I like yours better.
Enjoy your time in the lights, and keep those wonderful cards (and comments) coming.

Oh Carol! I am delighted with the card you made to honour my reign! :-) Thank you so much for finding the time to do it. You have used the embossing folder I'd wished that I owned. I bought the checkerboard one I used on my card in lieu of that one. Love your combination of colours and that fabric piece really adds a certain warmth to your card that mine lacks I think. Beautiful!

Hi Neighbor! I LOVE what you did with this beauty. You made it your own and those die cuts with the aida cloth is genius. Love the diecut - another one to add to my wish list. Wonderful inspired case!

Ohh! No!. Ann, your card does NOT lack warmth. I love it. It's beautiful and I love it, and I had to do a quick mental "switch" because I wanted to copy it exactly. I just didn't have YOUR embossing folder. Is that funny or what! I think your card is just plain SUPER.
