Here's my card for this week's Color Challenge, CC481. Becky gave us luscious colors: So Saffron, Smoky Slate and Strawberry Slush. Since I don't have any Strawberry Slush, I used the lovely, but retired, Regal Rose, which is very close in color. For Dessert we were to use twine. Alas! I have no twine that would work with this card, but I did slip in a narrow little strip of ribbon.
To help me design my card, I went to the list of our Sketch Challenges, and selected SC426, which I think worked very well with the Chalk Talk elements. I'm also listing F4A223, last Friday's Free For All, which was to use items you've added to your stash but haven't used. I get extra points! No only did I used three retired DS papers from years ago, I also pulled out a spool of ribbon that I got on sale and had never used.
Thank you, Becky, for a lovely set of colors. Thanks for stopping by.

this is so pretty Barbara- I like the layout you used-it shows all your dsp off so well-way to go with using up some supplies-looks like we both used the same smoky slate dsp- the dotted pattern is so pretty-

How pretty with the strawberry as the main color!
