Hi, everyone! This week's Clean and Simple Challenge is to make a one or two layer 'quick card'. I stamped the image and scripture verse from the 'Rose' set (from Our Daily Bread designs) onto banana cardstock, the colored the roses with a light pink marker to make them look like my fave roses which have yellow, pink, and peach mixed through...not sure what the correct name is. Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

The variety of roses you describe are my favorites, also - they were among those that my grandma grew in her fantastic rose garden. This card could be used in so many instances - lovely.

Angie, this is just beautiful. I love your verse and the pretty stem of rose blooms.

Your rose description reminds me of 'Chicago Peace' an older rose that was my dad's favourite and I used to grow too. Love your graceful spray of roses and the yellow CS makes for a mellow look. Super card!
