When I saw this beautiful card in Queen Ann/Dockside's gallery I thought right away about some felt flowers I'd made a while back. I decided to go cream and gold for a card that could be a wedding or golden anniversary card. I started by partially embossing my base then added score lines to set off the non-embossed top. I embossed my sentiment in gold. For my swag I added some glue dots to the back of my flower (die cut with Spiral Flower and rolled then adhered with a circle of sticky sheet) and then added some gold cord to that. I cut my Secret Garden leaves with the same felt and layered the flower over that. When I went to take photos, I decided it need a second color of leaves as Ann had so I die cut a couple of Little Leaves and cut pieces of them and tucked them in. I added my tiny pearls to complete the look. What a fun gallery-hope you'll join in and honor this week's queen!

What a gorgeous beauty in cream and gold! I love your felt flower with the gold twine looping out around it. I really like the way the EF echoes those loops! You have produced something wonderfully beautiful to honour my day Gail. Thank you very much!
