For today's WT challenge brought to us by Toni, to use FEATHERS , and for this week's CCEE Stampers challenge to use numbers on our cards.
The white base was embossed with the feather EF and sponged with Pine Needles. I stamped over it with Aida Cloth using Frayed Burlap, and edged it with a silver pen.
For the main panel, I stamped the feathers, coloured them slightly with pencils and then coated them with Glossy Accents. When it was dry, I stamped over the panel with Linen and Tea Dye, and sponged it with Antique Linen and Wild Honey. I stamped the sentiment from Verve, masking of the word "One", and added the water splash from French Foliage stamped in blue, some sequins, and some pink Liquid Pearl dots. The edge was distressed, sponged with blue and then edged with a silver pen. The feather is threaded through one of the sequins.
My "1" was cut from a foil roasting dish, using MFT's number die, coated with several layers of EP and some Perfect Pearls, and edged with a black Sharpie. It's popped up on foam.

This is wonderful, Sabrina! Love the colors and bit of sparkle on the feathers. In case you're interested, that feather bg is from Anita's (who became Sugarloaf who became Inque Boutique and then ceased to exist). I only know this because I have that image and the company was local to me.
