Sabrina gave us a lovely poem for inspiration for this week's Teapot Tuesday.
This card has all kinds of stuff going on. There is French script clear embossed on the tan/white checked layer, which is also sponged around the edges. The cage is sponged with copper ink, and the bird and flower are stamped with musical score in brown.

Wow, Sandy - you aced this! It's a wonderful take on the poem, as well as being a feathered bird . And the French Script - given that the poem was originally French that's so perfect. The little brads on the cage look super!

Now this lil birdie has music in and out of its soul...so pretty. Like how you did the branch too and finished it off with hanging the cage...lovely job...TFS..:0)

My gosh I love the colors on this! I have this die and haven't thought about using it for a while. Thanks for the reminder. I love your background too!

I love the paper you used for your bird and flower -- this is very pretty - that ribbon is pretty too!
