This is my card for today's MMTPT challenge - Feather Fun.
To start, I stamped Print Pattern in Peacock Feathers, and then stamped over it with Aida Cloth in Slaty Ocean. I then embossed it with the feather ef and sponged over the embossed feathers with Peacock Feathers.
Using tacky glue, I edged the card with gilding flakes - then I added tiny gems in the centres of some embossed circles, and added some chunky white EP.
The feathers were cut from fun foam and brushed lightly with Stickles.
Sentiment from Verve stamped on white card, I used the ef to stamp some of the feathers, embossed it with Swiss Dots and cut with Labels 18, sponging the edges with pink. It's popped up on foam.
My little bird is cut from a disposable aluminium roasting dish, embossed with Textile. Sponged with some Inka Gold, coated with EP, Perfect Pearls sprinkled over the second coat of EP. Treasure Wax for the breast, Enamel Accents for eye, edged with a black Sharpie for definition.
