My bg was made using metallic acrylic paints and Inka gold rubs in copper and silver. Glimmer Mist was then sprayed over the entire area. I then applied thin strips of drywall tape and painted those black. So my bg has an irregular pattern and not a typical square or even one. I then stamped some bg patterns in brown stazon ink. Hope you like it..gotta run..last day of volunteering with my book club kids

I love it! It reminds me of what would happen riding a bicycle over the bg!!

Polly, your title SO suits you!! I LOVE this collage and the metallic you used in it. Your embellishments are done so creatively! I love your style and am lucky enough to have a Polly original framed in my craft room!

This is great, Polly! I also laughed when I saw the comment about riding a bicycle over the BG because it does look like that! Wonderful vintage card!

Great card Polly, I love the layout and the mix of patterns, colours and techniques. The drywall tape technique looks fantastic, probably easier than riding a bike over it and just as effective!! Great card my friend, straight into My Favs.
