I got this design from a store bought card I received and just had to try it. I picked the image off the original card since I loved the way it was wrapped with metallic thread and tiny pearls. The blue piece is glossy. I used the wrinkle free distress method to color it, then embossed in gold. The beautiful neutral embossed piece in the background was an RAK from Susan (one4joy). Thanks Susan! Fast and easy card for my stash.
Thanks for looking.

Way to recycle, and a beautiful result! I love this card, Nancy, your layers set off the focal piece perfectly!

Nancy, this card rocks! Love what you have created with your repurposed image! Your blue embossed piece adds just the right amount of color to back your image. Totally awesome!!!

I can see why you would want to recycle that image, Nancy. You made a beautiful card. Hope you're going to have a wonderful weekend.

I really enjoy seeing card crafters use everything and anything on their cards. How ingenious of you to first visualize how you might use the recycled image, and then design your own layout with it. Now that's an artist! Wonderful card, Nancy!
