The embossed panel, is actually white CS painted with acrylic paint. Once dry, I sanded to allow a bit of the white to show through. I also added a bit of distress ink to give a bit of vintage feel aging it a bit. I made my own flower for the TLC478 challenge.

You are the master at vintage cards. I knew this was yours before I even saw your name. Great idea with the embossed panel...I never thought to paint then sand. I don't have any of that cardstock that is suposed to create this affect. So glad you explained this DIY technique. Great colors and design...love everything about your card.
