Whew, I am ready for a nap. LOL This one took a while. This is the first mixed media card that made it to a completed card. Thanks, to Sabrina for her PM to explain things, I finally got this one done. I took a piece of ugly dp, I added many colors of paint, because I had no idea where I was going with this, then used modgepodge, painted the top with green paint, used alcohol and a stencil to remove paint. I added some ruffling to my card for the Free for all challenge today, too.

Shirley I think it's beautiful! I love the colors... It's been forever since I have posted a card on here, and forever since I've made one...Getting sick of my scarfs and there not selling that great anymore..too much competition...I have to get back in the card room...too much money invested in it, to let it go..

This is just so pretty. Love how your BG turned out. But what I love is your choice of colors. So many Asian themed cards are in black and red. Beautiful card :-)

Your first mixed media success and one to be SO proud of! WOW on that background. I'm so glad you stuck this one out because I was clueless on it. Fantastic and love the tangled thread you added!
