oh, thank you, Linda and Joan for both this week's Ways to Use it (birthday month flower or gemstone) and the TLC (stamp over image). I needed easy peasy and fast for a card that must be delivered this morn.
I used ANCIENT DP that no longer has any identifiers for my background. I believe these are fussy Asters, which are my September month flower. They are bothered by mildew so I can only grow them on cards...grin. The Penny Black sentiment seemed perfect of the paper.
Plant the seed of friendship and reap a garden of Happiness.
I added the snippet of ribbon and button to draw the eye to the thought...
and that's it for me, I have to be off, I'd be back late tonight to see all the creations in the galleries.
Thanks for stopping by...

Neat way to make a stunning card! The bg paper is beautiful. Hats off to you for getting it mailed on time. I'm not so good at doing that task. Thanks for playing in the challenge

Susan, I don't know many people who can turn out a beautiful card so quickly with little time but you managed! I love the thought you put into this by using an embellishment to bring attention to your sentiment not to mention squeezing in two challenges on the run! Love that paper!

Perfect paper, Susan - and indeed it worked wonderfully for the TLC as well as the WT. Are asters really fussy - I didn't know that. But then, they're not something I've ever tried to grow...
